We built House Blend from two smallholder lots we have worked with since our first roast batch. Washed Chikmagalur arabica brings the cocoa backbone; a touch of higher-grown Coorg adds stone-fruit sweetness at the edges. It is forgiving through espresso, glowing through a filter, and it is the first thing our baristas reach for on a slow Sunday. Expect a syrupy body, a long brown-sugar finish, and zero drama — just warmth.
